By opening the bot, @mediator_help_bot, you agree to these terms. We tried to write them in plain human language.
What Mediator is
Mediator helps two people work through a fight: each of them tells their own side in private, the bot helps them understand each other and suggests where to start the conversation. This is not psychological, medical or legal help. The bot makes no rulings, names no one guilty and gives no diagnoses.
When you need a person, not a bot
If there is violence in the relationship, or a threat to life or health, turn to real specialists and to support services. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US). The bot can point you toward help, but it cannot replace it.
Payment
One analysis a month is free. After that it is a subscription: 250 Telegram Stars for 30 days. Only the person who started the session pays, and their partner joins by link for free. Buying and refunding Stars follows Telegram's rules.
Responsibility
The bot's suggestions are recommendations. The decisions about what to say and what to do are yours. We are not responsible for how your conversations turn out, and we cannot guarantee that you will make up.
What you must not do
Use the bot to threaten, harass or pressure another person. If it is abused, we may restrict access.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page, and the date it was last updated is at the top.
